MRI is a mission-driven nonprofit organization focused on the preservation, transcription, and responsible publication of early biblical manuscripts.  Our work emphasizes disciplined methodology, transparent processes, and long-term accessibility for both scholarly and public engagement.

MRI operates with careful stewardship of resources, maintaining lean infrastructure so that support can be directed toward active research, preservation systems, and publication workflows.  As a public charity recognized under IRC Section 501(c)(3)*, MRI exists to build durable systems that ensure this work can continue for generations.
